Each year Visit Kent raises in excess of £1.2m. About 80% of this is spent on core marketing activity to bring visitors into the county. As a Visit Kent investor, your annual investment is a contribution to this core work. The remainder is spent on developing niche programmes, research and pilot work. please read more about our overall strategy in this section.

Visit Kent’s main marketing campaigns include our annual above the line branding campaign in London (in conjunction with Southeastern) and our European marketing programme.  Niche campaigns include VIP, aimed at the US market, Golf and Events (Love Kent Live).

In addition to our campaigns, we also run the award-winning consumer website www.visitkent.co.uk and a number of smaller sites. There are a number of Online Opportunities for marketing that we can offer to investors and tourism businesses across Kent, from free listings to banner advertising on our site.
