Training Courses
In preparation for the Olympics in 2012, Visit Kent are working hard to ensure that visitors enjoy their stay here in the Garden of England. As part of this work, Visit Kent offer a selection of customer service training courses that aim to develop and support leisure, tourism and hospitality businesses in offering the best facilities and service possible.
In addition to our one-day courses, our new Welcome to Kent Online game will be launched in the next couple of weeks. Taking forty minutes to complete, it offers the same course content and delivery but through an easy online game format. For more information, please look here.
New Welcome to Kent Courses
Welcome to Kent is a one day training programme designed to help acquire new proactive customer service and communication skills, as well as improve a knowledge of Kent. Look here for more information about the course.
