FREE "Make Quality Count" Workshop

You may be a business already participating in the National Quality Assessment Scheme and would like to know how to build upon the skills and knowledge you have already gained. Alternatively, you may be a newcomer or a non-assessed establishment, looking to find out more about quality and potentially joining the scheme. You will learn how small, low cost changes can significantly enhance the quality and competitiveness of your business and exceed your visitors’ expectations.

You will also have the opportunity to ask representatives from Quality in Tourism and TSE questions, as well as network with like minded businesses.

Hosting the World - As part of the Hosting the World project to improve the skills of employees in the South East in the run up to the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, Tourism South East have introduced a series of highly subsidised, low cost courses allowing you to 'mix and match' training to meet your needs.  Courses are half, one or two days in length, depending on the subject.
