What is Welcome All?
Welcome All is a one-day course designed to help individuals acquire the knowledge and skills essential for providing facilities and services that meet the specific needs and expectations of people with disabilities and special needs. It also aims to ensure a warm welcome and high standards of service are offered to all customers.

Welcome All recognises that it is the environment which causes problems for many people with mobility or sensory disabilities. The course therefore aims to provide employees with practical advice and cost-effective ideas to enhance service quality for those customers with disabilities and special needs. Course Content
The Welcome All course has been re-developed to include further direction on the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) which will be fully enforced for service providers in 2004. The following areas are included in the training:
