Welcome to Kent Online Training Game featuring Tom Hart-Dyke
Visit Kent have developed and produced a brand new, interactive online training game, to help further customer service skills for tourism and hospitality business around Kent. Requiring only 45 minutes to complete, participants race around a map of Kent, answering a series of questions in the form of text, audio and visual displays. Questions will be regularly updated so that users can return to the game whenever they want! Links to best practice case-studies and further information sources are also incorporated into the game.
This course is aimed at anyone living and working in Kent who serves visitors to the county.
